Hopehill Campsite Embarks on a New Chapter with Starsky
Exciting changes are underway at Hopehill Campsite! This past weekend, we said farewell to our beloved Starsky, one of our field kitchens that has served our community for the past 12 years.
The Weekend's Efforts: Dismantling Starsky
Our dedicated Hopehill team carefully dismantled Starsky this past weekend. The task was approached with a mix of nostalgia and excitement for the future.

What's Next: Introducing the New Starsky
Over the next two months, we will be constructing a new and improved Starsky! The new structure will retain the same beloved layout and characteristics of the original, with some key upgrades:
New Porch: A second porch will be added on the side facing the toilets.
Guttering: Guttering will be installed to help manage rainwater runoff.
Corner Columns: Reinforced corner columns will make the structure even stronger and more durable.
These additions will ensure that Starsky continues to be a welcoming and functional space for years to come.
