Calling all Young Leaders...
We are holding a Young Leaders evening on the 2 nd September at Hopehill from 7pm – 9pm. This is for all Young Leaders, both Explorer Scouts in the district and those of you who aren’t. The purpose of this evening is to meet the new Young Leader team who will be supporting you through the Young Leader Scheme, from starting out with Module A to completing your Young Leader belt. We will also be presenting any outstanding mission badges that you have earnt over your time a young leader so far and any belts that are overdue.
We would also like to take this opportunity to make sure that we have the correct personal details on file for each Young Leader and a record of what modules you have completed up to date.
We will also be handing out dates for the next academic year of our Young Leader evenings that we will be running and the programme for them.
Our aim for this coming year is to offer training and support to anyone who would like it to help them towards the completion of their modules and missions, to be better Young Leaders ant gain their Young Leader belt.
On the 2nd September please bring with you the following:
Your young leader log book,
Your parent/ careers email address
The section leaders name and email address for the section you lead with
We hope to see you all for an evening of presentations and fun.
